From combating narco-terrorism in Venezuela to advising institutions worldwide, this is the journey that led to PRAEON.
From Venezuela’s collapsing institutions to the frontlines of transnational crime and global intelligence cooperation, I have spent over three decades witnessing how systems rot, how terror spreads, and how corruption erodes the soul of nations. I fled my homeland not in search of safety, but of clarity — to continue the fight on a global front.
Through IOSI Global, I have worked in conflict zones, advised governments, built counterterrorism strategies, and helped expose the convergence between organized crime and geopolitical manipulation. But today, we are facing something even more complex: a hybrid world where threats no longer wear uniforms, and truth is under siege from every direction.
